Free parking: All bookings include free parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles via Zone N on-street permits. Please note that permits do expire at 9 am in the morning.

Minimum stays:
2 nights at weekends with free late check out on Sunday afternoon provided the apartment is available, except bank holiday weekends and during Brighton Pride when a 3-night stay is a minimum.
3 nights during mid-week i.e bookings from Sunday/Monday – Friday.
Regrettably, long term bookings will not be considered during the PEAK SEASON.
Weekly stays CANNOT COMMENCE ON A SATURDAY particularly in Peak/High Season, other times of the year is at the owners discretion. Weekly parking for 1 – 2 vehicles only is included with the price for a weekly stay in Peak Season.
Security deposit: £400 (minimum) this can be reduced for small groups/families where there are only two adults staying as well as returning guests.
Low season: November – Mid February except holidays i.e the Christmas/New Year period.
Mid season: Mid February half-term – End March/Beginning April and October.
High season: End March or from Easter holidays / Beginning April – End June and September
Peak season: July and August / Summer Holidays, Christmas & New Year Holidays.
